I will be interviewing Araceli this week. She obtained her doctorate in Quantum Optics and studied many bodied physics at the University of Strathclyde in Andrew Daly’s research lab: http://qoqms.phys.strath.ac.uk/. She has since gone on to create her own company, Qureca, which focuses on ‘creating global opportunities with quantum technologies’, and offers a wide range of resources for both employers and job seekers.
I plan to ask her general questions about how she entered the field, what a career in quantum looks like, and what hurdles and potentials reside in quantum optics in the future. If you have any other questions please let me know.
