Who else is worried about the antitrust implications with Synopsys soon to be owning: Code V, Zemax, LightTools, Speos, LucidShape… and a billion other things?

I am not going to speak for myself (conflict of interest obviously), but I have spoken with a lot of other optical designers and there is a tangible concern of 1) their tool they rely on getting mothballed and 2) just arbitrary development that doesnt actually address their needs.
